I turn 40 tomorrow and am a bit scared about that....I was thinking about blogging about that, too. Love your picture of the woman leaping across the page. My husband is a yoga teacher at a club near our house, it's been lovely attending classes! You deserve the best, and what a nice husband to recognize that!
ReplyDeleteI turned 40 8 years ago, and I didn't get scared one bit. It was turned 45 that gave me pause for thought. But, I did as you, and took myself to task, gave myself the once over and straightened out my healthy habits. Good for you!!
